- Client – a natural or legal person placing an order
- Service – cleaning services offered by Gold Clean
- Order – a request for services submitted via the website or phone

Gold Clean provides the following services:

4. Ordering Process
- Select the desired service and options on the website
- Provide your contact details and address
- Choose a convenient date and time
- Confirm and order
- Receive confirmation via email
By placing an order, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
5. Services and Products
- All prices on the website are in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT
- The final price is calculated based on the selected services and options
- Payment is made after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash and bank transfers
6. Cancellation Fee (zł)
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: free of charge
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: a fee of 50.00 PLN may apply

7. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate contact and address information
- Ensure access to the premises at the agreed time
- Inform about any pets or special conditions
- Secure valuable and fragile items
8. Service Information
Gold Clean, Inc
- Provide services with due diligence and professionalism
- Arrive at the agreed time
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respect the Client's property
9. Completed
- Complaints should be submitted within 24 hours of service completion

- We will respond to complaints within 14 business days
- If the complaint is justified, we will rectify the issue free of charge
10. Reliability
- Gold Clean is not liable for damage caused by the Client's failure to secure fragile items
- We are insured against civil liability (OC)
- Any damage should be reported immediately upon discovery
11. Final Provisions
- These Terms are governed by Polish law
- Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Warsaw
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms; changes will be published on the website
